Birth Doula Package

Join us for a weekend of childbirth education with other pregnant families as you learn about what to expect during the birth process. Your doulas will then complete an in-home prenatal visit with you and any birth partners to establish your unique birth and postpartum preferences. Your doula will attend your entire birth, and conduct a final in-home visit in the postpartum period.
Postpartum Session
$45/hour
Booked in four-hour sessions, your doula will come to your home and assist with infant care, postpartum healing, light housework, and baby wearing. The goal is to create a comfortable environment for parents to rest and adjust to the new family structure.
Overnights
$50/hour
Eight hours of overnight support in your home so your family can get as much sleep as possible. Your doula can bottle feed or bring baby to the breastfeeding parent, and will handle all other baby needs while you sleep.
Belly Binding Ceremony
$250
After the birth, your doula will come to your home and prepare an herbal bath. As you soak by candlelight, your doula will offer a gentle oat scrub and guided meditation. After your bath, your doula will perform a bone closing ceremony with the traditional rebozo, and apply warming oils to your abdomen. The ceremony is finished by binding the belly with an elastic bandage. One additional bandage will be gifted for subsequent applications.
Placenta Encapsulation
$350
Your doula will come to your place of birth to pick up the placenta, then steam, dehydrate, and pulverize the placenta to fill vegan capsules. Your doula will deliver the capsules, plus an umbilical cord keepsake and a 4 oz placenta tincture, back to your home.
Birth Photography
$3,500
All of the goodness of the birth doula package, plus professional photos from your labor, birth, and immediate postpartum experience. Includes a password-protected online gallery with edited images and unlimited downloads.
